She thrusts her head forward as she mixes with utmost concentration different flavours of the Fayrouz drink. She is impeccable as she picks up one flavour after the other to ensure she gets the right blend for the teeming fan of the Fayrouz brand lined up before her. She hands over cup after cup of the well blended mixture.

Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, Beat FM’s OAP and celebrity compere, was the mixologist for the Fayrouz L’Original finale which held on Saturday, July 6th at the Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. The well dressed Gbemi stood behind the bar half the night giving guests a treat with the “Rouz” currency as she skillfully mixed Fayrouz cocktails including Fay Martini, Dirty Fayrouz, Omoge, Virgin Royalty, Ultimate Lady, Tattoo, Implication and Love Deceit, Champaigne De Fayrouz.

With her service that evening, Gbemi takes over from past celebrity mixologists like Toke Makinwa and Uti Nwachukwu who have thrilled fans in different bars around Lagos with Fayrouz cocktails.
