Aspinal’s Chameleon Bag

Did you know that you can create a handbag that is exclusive to you? That is just what this highly bespoke Marylebone tote is about. An exclusive tote Tote-2can be created for you while you wait. It is a custom-made line created by British designer, Aspinal.

Launched two years ago, the Marylebone tote comes in a variety of colours, and it can be made bespoke for those who want a certain colour, or the body and sides in different hues or textures (such as a ponyskin-effect or exotic skin). You can even have a personal message engraved on it.

Some of the bespoke pieces that have been made include an option of a built-in charger for mobile phones and tablets added and the inside pockets configured to a customer’s needs. Ordering a bespoke Marylebone has to be done in-store – the bag is made to order in the Aspinal workshop, and it takes about six weeks.

The one pictured here is bespoke Midi Marylebone Tech Tote in Monochrome Mix. It is a part of the Marylebone Family and a new addition for the 2015 Spring Summer Collection. The tote takes colour block trend to another level. As a sought after bespoke tote, it is handmade from the finest monochrome Italian calf leather and comes with interchangeable black, cobalt blue and metallic silver top handles, giving you three bags in one.
