Master pâtissier, Pierre Hermé is offering a refreshing respite for hot London days this summer. Pierre Hermé latest ice cream offerings have been concocted to offer a delectable relief from the summer heat.

 
Pierre Hermé shop located on Monmouth Street, London will be serving limited-edition ice creams and sorbets at £6.50 for a 235ml pot until Sunday August 30, in different tasty flavours.

 

 

Sorbet Ispahan is a mixture of lychee and rose with raspberry.

Some of the refreshing flavours you may want to try include rose petal and orange blossom ice creams complemented with candied ginger; lime and raspberry sorbets with the unusual addition of Espelette pepper; Glace Miléna, which pairs fresh mint ice cream with a red berry sorbet; and Sorbet Ispahan is a mixture of lychee and rose with raspberry.

 
If you are a lover of Hermé’s macarons you may want to try the Glace au Macaron Infiniment Vanille – vanilla ice cream with vanilla almond paste and vanilla macaron biscuits. Lovers of chocolates may prefer the Glace Infiniment Chocolat: bitter chocolate ice cream, nougatine with cocoa nibs, fleur de sel and Sarawak pepper.
