Have a great adventure on the new Tiara Q 44 yacht fashioned after the 44 Coupe hull which is 44 feet long.
The Tiara Q 44 which looks like an SUV on the water can be used for fishing, day boating, or just having fun on the Lagos lagoon or the Lekki high sea. It comes with a bike rack on its roof and a storage area for a surfboard, a kayak, and a wakeboard. The full-beam swim platform gives you quick access to the water.
Also the yacht comes with two social areas, one in the cockpit and the other in the bow. They both provide sufficient seating and easy movement because of the big walkways. You may also find the Q 44 interesting for its island-style outdoor galley, which gives an extra space for the cabin. It is what can be referred to as the social heart of the yacht.
The Below decks cabin comes with a queen-size berth, a head, and a pantry-style galley with basic cooking facilities like microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker.
Another unique quality of the boat is its two electrically activated sliding doors which can be used to seal the bow if the surf is high. The Q 44 is powered by a Volvo Penta’s IPS system that features joystick controls and a glass cockpit. It has a cruising speed of about 21 knots, and about a top speed of 30 knots. According to the manufacturer, a straight drive system will be launched later.
The Q44 comes with superb interiors made of hardwoods, architectural finishes, and modern fabrics. What really distinguishes this Tiara’s boat from its peers is its vigorous construction which means owners will have no fear of moving offshore into waters that other boats dare not tread.
The Q 44 price starts from N159, 001, 500.00 ($798,000). It will be launched in August 2015 at Tiara’s headquarters in Holland, Mich. Available on www.tiarayachts.com.
