The Champagne Bollinger Spectre Limited Edition is a unique Bollinger cuvee (available at N37, 670.21 (£125)), from the 2009 vintage, notable for its aromatic elegance. In a playful tribute to 007 – who has drunk Bollinger in every film since 1973’s Live and Let Die – the bottle comes encased in a sleek black and silver Carré Basset cool box, with an exterior inspired by the texture of the gun grip on Bond’s famous Walther PPK.
