The Lagos Oriental Hotel is WEMPCO’s flagship hotel in Nigeria. It is an investment that was first conceived as far back as 1989 when WEMPCO acquired the property where the hotel is currently sited. Built by the Five Cowries Lagoon, Lagos Oriental Hotel is an architectural masterpiece, a paragon in contemporary luxury architecture. It features an elegant oriental culture from interior decorations to its detailed wood work, massive spaces and state-of-the-art facilities.

Additionally, the security architecture of the hotel has been recalibrated and improved to further enhance its ability to deliver its signature services.
“From inception, we spared no efforts in making the Lagos Oriental Hotel a place where you would want to keep visiting over and over again. In repairing what was damaged in the attack of last month, we took great care to ensure that the international standards our customers have come to expect from us, were strictly adhered to”.
The Lagos Oriental Hotel has one hundred and thirty-six (136) exquisitely designed rooms and suites, all with a breathtaking view of the Lagos Lagoon, the bustling city scene and the Atlantic Ocean. Its four (4) restaurants’ menus are designed to satisfy customers’ most discriminating palate.
With broadband Internet access in all the rooms, outdoor and covered car park, event and meeting venues, fitness center and a 20-meter outdoor swimming pool among other facilities, the Lagos Oriental Hotel is indeed a beacon of comfort and excellence.
In the words of the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs at WEMPCO Group, Taiwo Alli, “It is a beautiful experience to have”.
To mark the reopening of the hotel, the management has also launched a promotion tagged “Hello Again”.
