It is all about racing for glory at the 2025 AlFursan Endurance AlUla horse race held in AlUla, in the heart of the desert, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The prestigious event, which offered the highest prize money in the sport and showcased the pinnacle of endurance riding, was the ultimate test of man and horse against time and the elements, where riders navigate AlUla’s unique and rugged desert terrain. Highlighting the prowess of the native Arabian horse, the endurance riding event was a must-attend for equestrian enthusiasts.

In its sixth edition, the 2025 AlFursan Endurance AlUla was a spectacle of the pinnacle of endurance riding, featuring elite riders and their horses, in a test of strength, speed, and resilience across two days. The event also saw elite riders race against the elements, and time, navigating 120km of AlUla’s unique and rugged desert terrain with a winner emerging for the prestigious Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Endurance Cup.

From equestrian fans to families and children, there was something for everyone. With live performances and a dedicated kids zone, the two-day event provided an engaging experience for all age groups.
